HERE IS A SNIFF OF MY BOOK...
"For the past two months, my paws had been twitching every night in my puppy dreams of becoming a therapy dog for Copper." ............... "The next day, Copper drove me to her police station to meet the police family she was so proud of. But as soon as I saw the police officers in the parking lot, the fur on my back rose. I started feeling anxious, like I had when Copper first came home in her uniform.
I pressed my nose up against our car window and had a terrified feeling in my tummy. “Look at all of those police officers in their scary uniforms!"
Just then, two officers walked closely by our car. I picked up my blanket with my teeth and threw it over my body, hiding underneath it.
Shivering from fear, I whimpered, “My dream of becoming a police therapy dog is turning into a nightmare."
